Our Leadership

Rita Zarghami brings more than 30 years of real estate experience and over 36 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Licensed since 1994, Rita has developed a unique understanding of both the real estate and financial sides of a transaction.

Her background as a former mortgage underwriter and her leadership as President of 1st Community Mortgage Group provide clients with valuable insight into financing, underwriting, investment, and real estate strategy.

Rita holds multiple professional designations and certifications, including CCIM, TAHS, CDPE, SFR, REOC, BPOR, and MRP. She is also affiliated with the Houston Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®.
