“I have to say that 1 year prior to our relationship with Kevin and Cheryl Bell we were contemplating selling my sisters house at 1814 Maux. They took the time to come out and do an unofficial survey of not just the house but it's location and neighborhood. Before I could go any further with them I had to tell them straight up that my sister was resisting the sell of her home and that if she ever decided to follow through I would get back with them. Well a year later it was just the right time to get this house on the market and get it sold and I could not have gotten this accomplished without the knowledge and patience Kevin Bell gave our family. He went over and beyond in the finalizing of this sell and was so appreciative of his team's effort. Would I recommend them ...most definitely!!!! “In our fourth time buying (and third time selling) homes, Team Bells' professionalism and customer service exceeded that of other realtors we've worked with by far. What worked well: Speed of resolution of open tasks, Kevin's knowledge about economics, Fed interest rates, factors impacting real estate prices, and actively sharing with clients, team's prompt communication (never had to wait over a few hours to hear back), being available to answer questions anytime (after hours, weekends and holidays), quality and quantity of holding open houses held by Sharva, listening to clients' concerns and addressing them promptly, Bre's proactiveness in following up with action items, and Cheryl's attention to detail with the listing in HAR, personal connection, and follow up with gifts after the sale. What can be improved: An intro meeting to clients via Zoom (or other means) walking through who in the team is responsible for what task will help clarify point of contact to the clients. Seamless communication and clarity on who is accountable for a certain task, since there are a few hands behind the screen taking care of things. Prompt update on the HAR website of descriptions for each picture (without having to ask) will help. While we got the best deal at the house we purchased (especially since Arjun pushed harder on a lower price), we feel we could have gotten more on the house we sold in a higher selling $ area like Spring.”
