ABOUT ME. Originally from Kansas City, I've been a Chief's fan since we lost to the Packers in the first Super Bowl in 1967. Since then I had a 30 year career serving in the US Army. After a final change of station to San Antonio in 2006 the Chick's have been proud no apology type Texans ever since. My wife works at Fort Sam Houston and our children graduated Smithson Valley High School and West Point. They are currently serving in the military. I still serve too, as a respected San Antonio real estate agent for the last 10 years.
PROFESSIONALLY. As a retired soldier and real estate agent since 2015, I'm known for extreme attention to detail, being a tenacious negotiator and as a forthright fiduciary. I've built my business on repeat clients and referrals.

You'll get your own MLS search engine, detailed insights on neighborhoods you like and introductions to my team of inspectors, loan officers, deep clean & make ready pros and insurance agents.
NEW BUYER AGENT RULES. Court mandates for negotiable commissions and signed buyer's agent agreements mean absolutely no change for me. That's the way l've been doing it since I was first licensed.
