My mission is to deliver outstanding service to every client. While it's important that we are a good match, I work hard to maintain the best network of industry service providers to include: staging, inspectors, repair contractors, lenders, title companies, insurance agents, and more. This is where having an experienced agent matters most, far beyond finding property and negotiating the terms of the deal.
I have been negotiating contracts for decades. My first career was in Human Resources & Recruiting Management in the Oil & Gas industry, where I matched the best candidates to job openings at all levels, negotiated compensation and employee benefit packages, even relocation terms. Making the switch to Real Estate in 2010-2011, I found the transition to be an easy one. For most people, the only thing more important than where you work is where you live. My passion for successfully matching people to their livelihood, just naturally carried over to finding their best choice for homestead.
As I hungered to learn in this second career, I have obtained multiple designations on my way to, and since becoming, BROKER. As a top producer in Montgomery County, Houston and surrounding areas, I've had the privilege to gain experience working with individuals and investor groups, residential and commercial clientele. I've gotten involved with development planning and currently serve on the Montgomery County Political Action Advisory Leadership for the Houston Association of REALTORS / TREPAC.
