I am a licensed Texas attorney and have worked in the real estate industry in various capacities, for a number of years, including representing both residential and commercial clients with their purchases and sales of properties and as a closer for a major title company. I value professionalism and have expertise in contracts, negotiations, title review and real estate documents. I have experience in virtually all aspects of a real estate transaction and bring that experience to working with a Seller, a first time home buyer or a sophisticated investor. It is my commitment to help the client fully understand the process of buying or selling a home.

I grew up in the Houston area and know Houston neighborhoods. I am particularly well acquainted with Houston's parks, hike and bike trails, dog parks and other green space areas that add so much to the quality of life in an urban environment. I like to ride my bike through urban neighborhoods to get a sense of what it would be like to live there. I am also a part time artist and have an interest in architecture which I believe helps me see the "good bones" and possibilities of a property and how that potential might be enhanced when you get ready to sell your home.

While buying or selling a home can be stressful, it is a milestone in one's life and represents a big change. I believe it should also be a fun and exciting time. Having someone by your side with knowledge and understanding of the entire process can help relieve the stress, allowing you to focus on finding a home that best fits your wish list, lifestyle and budget.
