Kelly Hancock

It’s a fact that many highly successful Realtors have established real estate careers after a first career in teaching – and Kelly Hancock fits that profile. Kelly, a native Texan born and raised in Corpus Christi, taught at the elementary school level where, she says, “I learned organization, patience and endurance!” She earned her real estate license and worked in South Texas before moving to Houston and continuing her career with Martha Turner Properties.

Kelly’s market savvy, communication and negotiation skills, and technological expertise make her the Realtor of choice for increasing numbers of clients. She has a marked ability to interact with clients from all walks of life and to focus on helping them fulfill their real estate goals. Her excellent taste is an added bonus for sellers who wish to stage their homes for a successful sale and for buyers looking for just the right property.

Kelly received her degree in elementary education from the University of Texas. When not working, she volunteers at her church and her children’s schools, and enjoys reading, exercise and bible study. Kelly and her husband live in the Memorial area and have two children, a daughter at The University of Texas and son at Memorial High School.
