Before that she enjoyed a successful career in various functions within Human Resources for more than 20 years, working with small start-ups, mid-size and global organizations. This range of experience, exposure, challenges, and successes helped her develop and master skills that she uses today to better advocate on behalf of her clients.

When Kelli is not out helping her clients, she loves to garden, explore the beautiful outdoors and spend time with family and friends. She enjoys reading, watching a good movie, cooking for others and definitely baking! Kelli has a strong sense of connection as well as a great passion for people and her community.
