With over 32 million in sales from over 100+ transactions Keith has built a solid foundation of corporate clients and a track record of successfully guiding his clients with their real estate acquisitions, sales and lease transactions.
Though Keith works all over the Houston area, he focuses on the Inner Loop, Heights, EaDo & Midtown, Oak Forest, Spring Branch, and Bellaire/West U. His specific areas of expertise include strategic purchase and sales planning, pricing and make-ready for sale, and is well connected with local lenders, inspectors and tradesmen to make home buying a surprise-free and smooth transition.
