“We love Keir We are completely new to the Houston area, but Keir listened to what was important to us and what we were looking for and needed in a home and helped us narrow down a few search areas. She was SO patient as we had her take us to a lot of different homes and asked her an endless amount of questions. If she didn t know the answer to our question, she d go the extra mile and find it for us. She was so good about navigating us through the stressful process of moving our family from Colorado to Texas. She helped us stay positive when we were nothing but tired and overwhelmed. She allowed us to form our own opinions on each home and would pay very close attention to what we liked and didn t like, but she also brought awareness to possible issues that we may not have thought of with not being familiar with the Houston area and climate. She was also very dedicated with advocating on our behalf during our option periods and eventually with negotiations. This amazing lady often did, not only her job, but what should have been other people s job. I felt like Keir truly cared about our family and helping us find, not just a house, but a home that we would feel safe and secure in for years to come. “We were referred to Keir by family and she immediately took off the ground running We set a meeting for later and she called us- got to know our family, our needs, budget and expectations. She gave us expectations as well from a professional perspective to guide our assessments of the different properties. We were moving over 1 hour to a different city so we re not very flexible to view interested properties or will have to view more than 1 in one meeting. Well, Keir was flexible and still accommodated us. She was always prompt to respond, request or share feedback. I am generally proactive and like details so I always needed every detail. Say no more, I didn t even have to ask Keir She provided me every detail even the ones I didn t think of. We found a property we loved, within our budget and she got right to work. She provided us info on utility providers so we could set up applications. Even after our lease signing, she ensured we got all our questions answered on the property, got all our keys and moved in. She followed up to confirm our utilities were all up and running, inventory form done and sent and we were settling in well. I have already told another friend about her services and will use her for future needs. She is amazing, professional and prompt I enjoyed the entire process, she made it so easy and we wish her well in her endeavors She is a blessing ”

“Keir was very knowledgeable and on top of our house hunting every step of the way. She sent us listings daily to our specific must haves and areas of inquiry. I believe the perfect house she sent us was the third house we looked at and then made an offer and were excepted all in a very short period of time, as our situation and time frame was very abbreviated and unexpected but Keir found us our New Home in record time. All along the way she was available to us to answer any questions and Keir checked in on us before, during and after our move to make sure all was well and that we had all our ducks in a row with utilities set up, garbage collection and even helped us find the perfect moving company that was able to handle all the details of packing up a home at a very reasonable cost. All this attention to details made our move the easiest I have ever experienced and we have moved a lot through the years. We loved working with Keir and I would gladly call upon her services again. Moving can and is very stressful, working with Keir, She took on most of that burden for us and we had clear sailing, being new to the Houston are could have compounded all this but as I look back now sitting in my beautiful new kitchen listening to the birds outside I think how the heck did all this get accomplished like such perfect clock work. Yes, we would definitely work with Keir Beaman again.”
