Kayla joined the real estate industry over 8 years ago and specializes in first time home buyers, corporate relocation, waterfront properties, improved and unimproved land and all facets of buyer & seller representation. Kayla Gehret is very versatile in knowing Galveston, Montgomery, Walker, & Grimes Counties along with the Inner Loop of Houston. Growing up she lived on the west side of League City. In college and after she lived in Galveston. In her early professional career, she lived in Montrose and Heights area and now she resides with her family in Montgomery, TX.
Kayla decided the real estate industry was the perfect match with her background in marketing, advertising sales, property leasing, problem solving skills and her knack for enjoying helping people. She is a social butterfly and finds it very helpful to network with other professionals in her industry. Kayla graduated Clear Creek High School in 2006 and The University of Houston in 2011 with a focus on Corporate Communications and a minor in Sales/Marketing. Following college she spent a few years in advertising sales and then moved onto property management which then lead her onto the real estate path she had always dreamed of. Now 8 years later, she enjoys enjoys helping new and repeat clients with transitioning from one chapter of life to the next.
