Jeff Lookabaugh is Owner and Realtor with Cinco Ranch Realty Group, L.L.C. Jeff is a proud Texas Veteran that served Honorably in the US Navy and Graduate from The University of Texas at Austin. After growing up in Lake Travis, Texas, Jeff joined the US Navy where he served four years on the USS Abraham Lincoln as a flight deck catapult and arresting gear operator. He also received a Bachelors of Science from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010. Jeff later relocated to the Houston area where he met his wife Amy. As a second-generation real estate professional, Jeff brings a fresh new approach to the Real Estate process. Jeff traveled the entire world in his prior career and with that experience, Jeff truly believes that Texas is the best place to live and raise a family. Melanie is a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS® and the Asian American Real Estate Association. She is a native Houstonian, born and raised in West Houston having lived in Katy for the last 22 years. She is an Alum of The Bauer College of Business at The University of Houston. She has over twenty years of experience working for two of the most highly respected Real Estate Investment firms in the United States. Before Real Estate, Melanie acquired an extensive background in marketing with experience working in the non-profit sector. Melanie has an extensive history of volunteering with Katy ISD both within the schools and as a former Mentor with the KEYS program and has held numerous leadership positions within the Girl Scouts of America over the last ten years. As a licensed REALTOR®, Melanie loves to share her experience and expertise of the Houston Real Estate Market with her clients.
