Nicole is a 25 year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over the Greater Houston Area in numerous real estate transactions. She studied Sociology/Social Work at Prairie View A&M University, and afterward began work in Telecommunication Service Sales. Passionate about meeting people's needs, Nicole has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client's expectations. Active in the community, Nicole was a proud part of the Girl Scouts of America San Jacinto Council and the National Urban League's "I am Empowered" campaign public service initiative designed to rally millions of Americans around education, employment, housing and healthcare. In her free time, Nicole is an avid hiker and has hiked Guadalupe Peak, the highest peak in the state of Texas. Nicole also loves participating in 5ks for charity and snow skiing. Spending time at either the beach or The Rocky Mountains with her friends and children Gabrielle, Lea and Leo as well as her maltipoo Icy is never something Nicole takes for granted.

Upon returning to the work force, she took advantage of an opportunity to open her own franchise which she successfully owned & operated for over 5 years. At that time, she chose to pursue her lifelong dream of real estate. Tonya immediately excelled and in her very first year, won several achievement awards including a Rookie of the Year award and worked her way into the top 20% of her market center of nearly 400 agents! She will, however, be the first to tell you that she does not measure success through those awards, rather through the great satisfaction and referrals of her clients.
