As a Texas Resident, I am able to levy my unique area knowledge, marketing skills and vast professional network to satisfying the buyers desire for not just the ideal home but the ideal location, school district, amenities and price point.

I am cognizant of the fact that for many buyers a home purchase can be intimidating. As such, buyers will find me to be very patient, instructive and will benefit from my customer focused approach to home sales. Sellers, who traditionally, transition to “empty nesters” or those seeking to relocate for job purposes or who have outgrown their home, will benefit from my attention to detail, marketing channels to market the property for all its worth and my drive to sell in a timely fashion.

I want my clients to have a positive experience with my services. I believe that we are a team and everyone has to work and communicate together. Referrals are a large part of a Realtor’s success and without the help of my clients, and their continued support in sending me their friends and families, my career will not flourish. As my clients will come to know, Real Estate is not just a Career it is my Passion. I believe that to excel at what you do, you must have a passion to succeed.

As an active peri-operative nurse for over 20 years, he has called Houston his new home since moving here from New York. Tim is happily married to his wife and together they have 2 children. He is Co-founder of a4h.org, a non profit organization bridging healthcare and the art community right here in Houston. He believes in giving back to the community and since 2007 he has been doing so. Tim is an active volunteer for Surgical Volunteers international (SVI) participating in medical missions across the globe including Guatemala, Egypt and Vietnam. He has also assisted in medical relief efforts during the tragic 911 events in NYC. Most recently he is helping to combat the economic destroying Corona virus as a front line healthcare provider. Having bought and sold many homes since moving here, Tim has turned his interest in real estate into a new passion.This time he is giving back to the community and helping his peers find the comforts of home in this city we call Houston. Not in healthcare you say. Not to worry, he loves helping others and will certainly dedicate his time and attention to you. He can get the job done with the team concept that places the client as their number one priority.

Caitlyn excels at working with millennials and first-time home buyers and knows the areas in Fort Bend County and Katy very well. Her strong communication skills are especially effective when a transaction hits a bump in the road and her clients need advice, encouragement and support. She applies the same motivation used early in her developmental years to the needs of her current clients. Developing long-lasting relationships, she believes, is her best strength.
