Gina Musachia, a Native Houstonian has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 23 years. She has always loved and learned about the Real Estate Market watching both her grandparents and parents invest in properties. Gina also invested in her own and acted as a landlord for 15 years. She is now transitioning and following her what she loves by practicing self-education, keeping abreast of market trends, pricing, etc, both locally and nationally. She prides herself in her determination, being detail oriented, trustworthy and having extensive knowledge of the market to get the best value for her buyer clients and the best price for her seller clients. When not serving clients , Gina is actively involved in volunteering for Operation Underground Railroad, to help with efforts and raise money in combating human trafficking. She also enjoys the outdoors, traveling, spending time with her two boys, exercising, and Krav Maga.

Jonna Horak came into real estate from the Investor side. She and her husband have been real estate investors since 2003 with the development of an office/warehouse rental facility and the purchase of rental homes, vacant land, property using 1031 Exchange process, a small ranch and many homes over the years.

Jonna joined Realtor Associate to assist people in buying or selling a little piece of the country way of life. Jonna married Joe in 1989 and made Bellville their home in 2011. They enjoy a blessed life that includes three daughters. The oldest is graduate of Texas A&M and studied to be an Agriculture Teacher, the middle one is a student at Texas A & M studing Leadership and Development and the youngest is a Cosmetologist. Jonna is a native Texan that has loved exploring the land since she was a teen. She loves the country and finally achieved her dream of living on a ranch. They raise a small herd of cattle and enjoyed assisting their daughters with their show heifers while in high school.

Jonna is a member of the Bluebonnet Society, a member of the Austin County Aggie Moms Club, member of the Floral Design Committee for the Austin County Fair, and member of the Cypress Chapter Order of the Easter Star.

Jonna and her husband enjoy home renovation and remodeling. They have remodeled 4 homes and are currently restoring their farmhouse built in the 1890's.

My name is Cheryl Nelson and I am a Realtor consultant with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties. I have been a resident of the Katy area for 42 years. My husband's family was one of the original rice farmers on the Katy prairie. I have 5 sons and 1 daughter, all grown and six precious granddaughters and a five precious grandsons.

I was born and raised in the West Houston area and am a fourth generation Houstonian.

My real estate specialty is country properties. It is not unusual to find me driving around the back roads between Matagorda and Livingston or Katy and Waelder in search of properties for sale that might be of interest to my clients.

I also enjoy working with First Time Homebuyers. When working with folks that have never owned a home before, I think about my kids and how I would want someone to treat them. I will take as much time as necessary to explain every step of what is involved in buying a home. I also enjoy working with Sellers. Whether it is moving up due to an expanding family or moving into something smaller because they have become empty nesters. I work diligently with my Sellers to make the most of their investment.
