Katriina Haggblom's background is in marketing, public relations and journalism with degrees from Capital University and The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. After moving several times within the corporate relocation world, working in real estate had become a longtime dream. A native Texan, Monte grew up just north of Houston and has always called Houston home. After receiving her BBA in Accounting from Sam Houston State University, she began her career as a Certified Public Accountant in Commercial and Mortgage Banking, gaining valuable experience in the financial Industry.

After moving to The Woodlands from Mexico City with my husband and three daughters, I know the excitement and nerves that come while trying to find a new place to call home. Chris has lived and worked in the Houston area since 1995. He has lived in the Clear Lake, Kingwood, Klein and Katy areas of Houston. He understands how to listen to the client, meet their particular desires and navigate the market. He started his time in Houston in the education field, teaching for 21 years. Chris understands how schools work and what really goes on in a school. With his background in education, Chris knows where the good schools are located.

Chris is certified as an Accredited Buyers Representative or ABR. Additional certifications include ePRO and Social Media Pro (SMP). His college experience includes a BS in Construction from Texas A&M University in College Station and a Masters of Education from the University of Houston - Clear Lake.

Chris is an experienced landlord with multiple properties. He has been very successful in the past with helping prospective tenants find a new home, regardless of their credit history. He also knows how to work with new home construction having personally purchased 5 new single-family homes.
