A native Houstonian with more than 25 years of management experience in the retail and real estate industries, Sharon Seline Wright is passionate about her clients and their needs.

Sharon began her business career in retail, and was regarded as one of the top female executives in Houston during the 1980's. At the age of 29, she became the youngest and first female Vice President of Tiffany & Co. and remained an influential leader in the retail world for the next 10 years.

In 1999, Sharon stepped into the real estate industry as the on-site agent for the first luxury high-rise condominium in Downtown Houston, and the rest, as they say, is history!

Kevin was born in Indiana and graduated from Indiana University. He married his high school sweetheart Marla Newbauer and moved to Katy in 1996 with their daughter Jessica (who now lives in Boston with her husband and new daughter). He has been a homeowner in Heritage Grand in Cinco Ranch for the last 12 years. After spending the first 28 years as a buyer and wholesale importer he sold his business. Kevin has negotiated his entire career with retailers and manufacturers and has been obsessed with attention to detail and customer service. These attributes have transferred nicely to the real estate business. Kevin's acumen in negotiating and putting his clients first has quickly helped him in being a successful Real Estate agent. Julie Cook is a listing and buyer's agent for The Jamie McMartin Group with Compass. Julie began her real estate career in 2001 and has represented clients all over the Greater Houston and surrounding areas. Marquita Scruggs, a proud and native Houstonian, has had a passion about community development and real estate ventures ever since she can remember. Marquita has a Master of Science degree in Community Development from the prestigious Prairie View A&M University.
