While pursuing her career goals, Gerald earned her MBA and Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification while working in healthcare leadership, advocating for patient rights and designing processes to improve the patient experience. I've been fortunate to grow up in Katy, Texas. My family has lived in Katy since the late 1800s. Having been raised in Katy and having seen firsthand the growth in west Houston, gives me unique knowledge and insight I can share with clients.
