Kris Colquette, Realtor and co-founder of Apex Properties Group. Kris was born and raised here in Katy Texas attending Katy Elementary through Katy High School. After leaving for College and his first career in Sales he moved back to Katy to grow his family and build his real estate business. Over the past few years Apex Properties has grown from 2 to 6 agents and recently we bought and moved into our new headquarters here on Westheimer Parkway in Katy. Apex Properties Group is a top real estate team with Keller Williams Signature and serves clients in all of West Houston. Azeema's extensive background includes her upbringing and residence in 2 different Continents, 3 different countries, and over 11 cities. Her education and skills range from Sales, Cultural Interpreter, and Early Childhood Education. Houston has been her home for over 25 years. She has been married for about 28 years and together they are raising their 4 Houstonian children. She has the ability to connect with people from all walks of life no matter their age or their background. Thus, as a Realtor, she can easily understand and adapt to her client's needs and wants. She also specializes in International Real Estate and thus has her CIPS along with GRI, E-Pro, and RCC. She also is part of the HAR and TAR Global Committees along with the GAAG committee. She serves on the Board of Directors for ISGH and SAREP. She regularly volunteers at local nonprofit organizations such as An-Anisa, as well as at different PTAs. Apart from books, she loves puzzles and building Legos. She is also a big fan of Star Wars and Harry Potter. However, her real passion is cruising, especially on Disney cruises.

Liz LeGros brings a special quality to real estate. A term used in her Cajun heritage helps to define that quality - "lagniappe" - which means a little more. Listening to what is important to her clients is always first while building a relationship of trust to help clients achieve their goal of selling or purchasing a home.

Giving back to her community, Liz has been a Court-Appointed Child Advocate (CASA) volunteer in Fort Bend, involved with church and community activities and supports the Epilepsy Foundation and the Leukemia Foundation.
