Katy Hall provides an outstanding experience for real estate buyers, sellers, and investors. Katy receives most of her business by way of referral - a great testament to her warm personality and professionalism. Bringing over fourteen years of real estate experience to the table, she is a Certified Negotiation Expert, a skillful housing market analyst, and an exceptional communicator. Katy has proudly called Austin home since 1993. She is a graduate of the University of Texas. Since becoming a Realtor in 2006, Katy has assisted new arrivals and long-term Austin residents alike in finding their dream homes. She has also helped local and out-of-area investors achieve their goals of owning profitable properties. Her love for and familiarity with Austin and surrounding communities has been a valuable asset to her clients. An active community leader, Katy has served as chair of the Austin Board of Realtors Legislative Management Team and the Water & Conservation Policy Team. She currently holds seats on the Transportation Team and Growth & Development Team, working to improve life and mobility in Austin. She also serves on the Austin Board of Realtors Diversity Committee and the Texas Association of Realtors Political Action Committee. Katy owns a home and several investment properties in Austin.
