Katress King

Katress King, a Member of the CA Modern Realty, is a recent graduate of Champion Real Estate School. She joined CA Modern Realty based on their core values being Customized Customer Services as its foundation. Each customer should have their own unique experience and interaction as all customer needs are different. She prides herself on the Golden Rule Treat each client how you would want to be treated as a client.

Katress is a native Houstonian so she is familiar with the city and its many surrounding communities. She is also a Navy Veteran, and currently staff for Nurses in the healthcare industry in Human Resources. In the past, she has assisted many Nurses land the job of their dreams and she will do the same for you in finding your dream home. She holds a Masters in Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resources.

In her free time Katress spends time with her two sons who are her world. They love to travel and partake in new experiences and spend time with friends and family. She plans to teach her sons the Real Estate industry which will lead to generational wealth and knowledge.
