I'm Katie Simon, a REALTOR® with Simon Collective Group in Kingsland, Texas, and I have called the Highland Lakes home for 43 years.

Simon Collective Group is a mother-daughter team. My daughter, Chelsea Simon, is a REALTOR® here as well, and she brings an MBA and a background in organizational leadership to the business. We serve Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan, Kingsland, Buchanan Dam, Tow, Llano, Burnet, and the surrounding Hill Country, across waterfront and lakefront homes, residential resales, raw land and acreage, and commercial property. Waterfront out here is its own animal. Water levels, LCRA rules, docks and retaining walls, septic and OSSF permitting, well water, and county road access all affect value, and all of it is worth understanding before you sign. I installed septic systems before I sold real estate, so I read those inspection reports differently than most agents do.
