Kathryn Sherrouse has been a full-time licensed Realtor® since 2016, serving Northwest Houston and surrounding areas. She first discovered her passion for real estate when she and her husband, Marcus, bought their first home in Tomball, Texas. Having recently sold that home and purchased their second, Kathryn truly understands what it feels like to be on both sides of the transaction—and she uses that perspective to better guide her clients.
With a background in teaching Elementary Math and Science for six years in CFISD, Kathryn brings the heart of an educator to real estate. She makes the buying and selling process simple, approachable, and stress-free by explaining every step with clarity and care.
A Houston native, Kathryn has lived in Katy, Cypress, and now the northwest Houston area. She knows the local neighborhoods inside and out and combines that knowledge with integrity, hard work, and creativity to deliver excellent results. Her repeat clients and referrals speak to the trust and satisfaction she builds in every transaction.
When she’s not helping clients, Kathryn enjoys college football, baking, shopping, and spending time with Marcus and their two children, Charlotte (5) and Sterling (3).
