Kappy, a native Texan, has a strong passion for serving others. Armed with a BA from Midwestern State University - Real Estate School, an extensive background in photography, and coupled with a proven track record of surpassing her clients' expectations, makes Kappy a perfect fit for the ThisIsLivin Properties all-women lead team.

Successfully remodeling previously "unsellable" homes is a talent Kappy has honed over the last several years. She has a knack for seeing home staging needs and implementing budget-friendly solutions resulting in more aesthetically appealing homes and more functional ones.

In her spare time, Kappy enjoys baking, spending time with her husband and family on the Texas coast, and playing with her two adorable English Bulldogs.
