Katherine's first career as a successful attorney contributes gravity and broad experience to the counsel she now provides as a Realtor, and she integrates impressive skills learned in legal business development and marketing as critical components of her real estate practice.

A Houstonian for more than 25 years, Katherine's remarkable success stems, in part, from diverse personal and professional connections developed and maintained throughout her working life, connections that make her a valuable resource for her clients and fellow Realtors.

Katherine is a member of the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence. Recognized as a Sotheby's International Realty Top-25 Quarterly Producer, she has achieved national commendations from both SIR and parent company NRT LLC, which operates companies in more than 50 of the 100-largest U. S. metropolitan areas.

Drawing on her passion for architecture and design, Katherine founded Warren Works, LLC. Working as a design consultant for premier developer and custom home builder Lovett Homes, she consulted on all design aspects for the company's master-planned communities, particularly Ravenna near the Awty International School in Spring Branch. Katherine also served as a design consultant for the 2013 West University Show House and for the personal home of Lovett Homes' founder and CEO.

Katherine's experience as an attorney and as a design consultant formed a natural bridge to residential real estate sales. "Being a Realtor draws on all of my interests and skills," she says. "I work in neighborhoods across Houston and focus on each client's particular needs in the sale or acquisition of a residence or investment property. When challenges arise, I clarify the issues and deal with them head-on to protect my clients' interests, and of course, always maintain my clients' confidences and conduct their transactions with maximum discretion."

A cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, Katherine holds a law degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in Chicago and serves on its Houston alumni club's board. Additional volunteer commitments include her two eldest sons' alma mater, Rice University, where she serves on the Parents Leadership Council, supports Rice Owls Men's Tennis, and is a member of Friends of Fondren Library and the James A. Baker Institute for Public Policy. She is a member of Preservation Houston and the Heritage Society and is a generous supporter of the A.D. Players George Theater. Additionally, Katherine has participated in a diverse array of school projects and fundraisers for The Kinkaid School where her youngest son attends high school.

Katherine's resume of personal addresses includes Southside Place/West University, River Oaks, and Memorial, giving her broad, first-hand experience throughout Houston's traditional neighborhoods. She is a member of St. Martin's Episcopal Church where she serves on the Altar Guild; the Houston Racquet Club; The Briar Club, where she serves on the legal and house rules committee; and the Forest Club, where she serves on the entertainment committee. Katherine also participates in the Stablewood Investment, Book, and Needlepoint clubs.
