While everyone talks about the closed transactions, I will talk about this one that did NOT close. Kash worked diligently with me during the negotiation process, late hours (and I mean late), early hours, etc. until we had the property under contract. He kept in constant communication throughout the process with me and my assistant and was in constant communication with his Sellers to comply with the terms of the contract. Unfortunately the transaction did not close because my Buyer got cold feet on the day of closing, which I did not necessarily agreed with but unfortunately at that point, there was nothing I could do even though I tried my very best to save the transaction. From this experience, my buyer's decision was not fair for neither Kash or myself since we worked really hard, however, Kash maintained his treatment towards me and my staff very professional and respectful as in the beginning of the transaction and until the last minute. Kash is a dedicated Realtor, very professional, knowledgeable with a an amazing attitude that I had to mention in this recommendation. I extremely recommend Mr. Gaddi, he has demonstrated that not only in the good parts of a transaction he is able to correctly represent his clients but also during the bad parts of a transaction.
