As a native Houstonian, Karyn has an in-depth knowledge of the southeast area. A believer in continuing education, Karyn earned an accrediation of Graduate Realtor® Insititute (GRI) and Accrediation of Realtor® Institute (ABR). She is also a member of National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and Houston Association of Realtors® (HAR). Karyn's honesty, integrity and dedication are evident to her clients. She puts their needs above her own and will go the extra mile to ensure a smooth and pleasant transaction. As an investor herself, Karyn is familiar with the process of buying and selling foreclosures and assists her clients who want to invest in these properties. She has an extensive understanding of renovations and is informed in the construction process along with the cost associated with the project. She also has knowledge in rental property acqusitions and managing of rental properties. Karyn lives in the Clear Lake area with her husband. She has two daughters and 3 grandchildren.
