Hi there! You can go to Google and search for their name. If they have a Google business, it will come up and give you the option to review. Now, if theyre a member of HAR, you will receive an email with the words along Client Rating Experience after a couple days from the closing date. Where you will also be able to provide feedback. I suggest you also look up the agents name on Yelp and other search engines where it allows you to provide honest and constructive feedback that can help others in the future. I hope this helps!
