Karissa Iles

Hi, I'm Karissa Wilkie! I grew up in Tomball, Texas, and later moved to Leona a small town with just 151 people where community truly means everything. Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was raised in the industry, often tagging with my Aunt to showings and listing appointments. I started working for her behind the scenes early uploading photos to MLS, filing paperwork, and creating marketing spreads for Home Focus Magazine.
I always knew I wanted to follow in her footsteps. My journey began working in Title as a receptionist, and after graduation, I took my first job at Century 21 as a Front Desk Coordinator. I loved being in the middle of the action, helping agents, and learning the ins and outs of the business. From there, I joined Creighton Realty Partners in Conroe, where I have spent the last 10 years as an Operations Manager, soaking up every bit of knowledge and experience I could.
In December 2023, I finally leaped and got my real estate license fulfilling a dream I've had for years. Today, I'm proud to help clients find not just a house, but their forever home. Real estate isn't just a career for me it's my passion, my history, and my heart.
