Justin is a perfect mix of fun and professional. When going through an already stressful process, he kept smiles on everyone's faces with his cheerful personality. He is extremely knowledgeable about the homes and the process, which you can tell comes from years of experience. And he always made himself available for when we needed to ask further questions. When his time was with you it was focused only on you. We met Justin off a request on Zillow by luck. He could sense our uncertainty in style of homes we first requested to view and was able to quickly explain what to expect in other areas and really narrowed down the homes to find what we were looking for. When we found the perfect house, he explained the next steps in detail and never left us in uncertainty. He was a positive influence on our home purchasing process and we will highly recommend working with Justin to anyone looking.
