Junae Welch was born and raised in the Cypress area and attended Cy-Fair High School. After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin majoring in Corporate Communications, she got her first job working with Lennar Homebuilders in their Houston Corporate Office. This is where her love for helping people find homes was developed. After brief adventures living in the Caribbean and New York City, Junae came back and started working for ADP where she found the experience and personal development she needed to become a professional sales associate. After 5 years she was promoted into sales leadership and throughout her successful 12 year career lead 7 to 20-man teams locally and across the State of Texas, earning numerous promotions and incentive trips. Junae was known to be a tough negotiator who could handle any situation thrown at her with grace. She also has a unique ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with ease. She understands that professionalism should be employed in all business transactions but balances it all perfectly with curiosity and fun. All these skills have translated seamlessly into Real Estate where she enjoys the hunt for the perfect property and connecting with her clients throughout the process. Time away from work is spent with her husband, two daughters and baby boy. They love traveling, attending concerts and sporting events and entertaining with family and friends.
