Julia Mickum didn't get to Houston until later in life, but knew right away it was a good thing! Raised and educated in the Northeast (in NEW YORK no less!), she never expected to find the same BIG ATTITUDE here in Texas Texas is probably the only other state I could live in happily - we work hard, we're proud, and we let the rest of the world know it!Julia comes to real estate from a varied entrepreneurial past spent in industries as varied as international corporate travel service and specialty bread wholesaling. In each case, Julia's determined efforts to do the best possible job helped her build profitable entities that often employed over 20 people. It wasn't Microsoft, but then for much of this time Julia was also raising her two children as head of the household. Julia has turned her strengths both to her family and to providing the best real estate representation possible. Her work ethic and caring sincerity have won her a loyal team supporting all her ventures, both in business, friendship and philanthropy. I'd love to tell you how long I have been helping good people make smart decisions about real estate... but then you might figure out how old I am!! It has been a LONG time... I started when I became a single parent of 2 babies under 3.. It seemed it would give me time to be with them and to have control over my work time.. Well, that part didn't quite work out, but we all learned to roll with it... I am proud to say that my children are both quite successful ( they learned to be responsible by necessity.. as there was no option of helicopter parenting ) My greatest claim to success is that my wonderful daughter: after 5 VERY expensive years at SMU, an advanced degree in accounting, and a successful tenure at PWC, decided to QUIT and got her real estate license and is a broker in Denver CO.

My history, after 12 successful years as a realtor, I became a broker to utilize the latest technology and marketing without sacrificing the personal touch and individual attention that each client deserves. I am the Owner/Founder of eHomeHouston, a Texas real estate firm, under the Broker Touchstone Fine Properties LLC.
