In our first meeting came prepared with resent home sells in our area and listened to our main objective of selling ASAP. She listened and we settled on a price, her next step, the longest, took 2 weeks for us to declutter for great pictures of our home. The 3rd step was to launch our listing in HAR, 4:00 pm. We had at least a showing a day for the next 8 days, when we accepted a great offer and closed under 45 days, listing to closing. ”
