Juan Cuevas

Mr. Cuevas has been in the real estate business for over 22 years. He started his career as an agent in 1998 in Manhattan as an agent where he specialized in leasing luxury lofts in the most trendy parts of town with New York City Apartments, Inc. He quickly became one of the top producing agents and assisted with training new agents. After 9/11, Mr. Cuevas relocated to Houston, Texas and became a Loan Officer with Zeus Mortgage LTD, specializing in investor loans. After three years he became the Director of Commercial Finance for Zeus Commercial. In 2009, Mr. Cuevas was recruited by Marcus & Millichap, the nation's largest commercial real estate investment sales firm where he specialized in multifamily investment sales. For eleven years Mr. Cuevas assisted his clients with valuation, marketing, operation optimization, property acquisitions and dispositions. He held the rank of First Vice President, received many awards and sold $200m in transactions with an average sales price of $4.8m totaling 79 transactions. Mr. Cuevas is also the Founder and CEO of Sendit Development, LLC which specializes in multifamily development utilizing maritime shipping containers and currently has the largest multifamily development in the country utilizing containers underway. Now, semi-retired from real estate brokerage, Mr. Cuevas is only taking on clients who appreciate his vast knowledge of the real estate business via paid consulting and limited transaction velocity. Quality, not quantity is what is important to him.
