Joyce Tolliver is a certified REO specialist with over 19 years' experience in both residential and commercial services. Joyce works with individuals, investors and developers in the Greater Houston, Galveston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Waco areas.
Joyce is a high-touch agent known for her ability to establish and maintain long standing relationships resulting in a highly favorable referral base of former and existing clients. She provides excellent customer service as she effectively negotiates towards her client's needs, all the while providing guidance on current market conditions and implementing proven marketing strategies. Joyce has deep roots in the community as a former Entrepreneur and successful Event Planner for several fundraising and not-for-profit events. Outside of real estate, she supports numerous local organizations and charities including the Houston Food Bank, Special Olympics, Sunshine Kids, the Friendswood Senior Center and Friendswood Parks & Recreation. In her spare time, Joyce enjoys cooking and traveling.
