Or the moment when the couple who is downsizing finds the perfect little place just down the block from family. Or the moment when I break the good news to a seller that we have multiple cash offers over list price. Sharing those moments with my clients are what makes real estate fun.

These difficulties can be as stressful as sneaking past a bull in a cactus-filled pasture wearing nothing but flip flops and a bikini.
