Joshua Songer

Joshua is a sixth generation Texan and third generation Realtor from a family of builders and developers. Some of his earliest memories are of touring in-construction and historic homes. He has a degree in architecture and design from Texas Tech University, a degree in political science and economics from University of Houston, and is pursuing an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Joshua spent 20 years as an entrepreneur, consultant, and investor. He is passionate about architecture and how it shapes the lives of those within it. He understands the importance of real estate decisions and loves helping clients find their dream home or sell their current home for maximum value. Joshua is an outdoors enthusiast and enjoys hiking, cycling, and camping. He lives with his beautiful wife, Kelly, and their young son in University Park, Texas. He and his wife support the arts and love opera, theatre, ballet, chamber music, and museums. Faith is a central part of Joshua's life, and he is a member of Prestoncrest Church of Christ in North Dallas.
