Josh was professional and competent. He listened well and answered our many questions thoughtfully. He has a good network of resources for all home needs and helped us to schedule contractors to perform necessary work for closing. During the process, he completed the paperwork with attention to detail, even finding some errors on the other side's contract that we were able to have fixed before it became a problem.
