Josh Boggs
Blasting straight out of the Indiana cornfields, Josh did just as the notorious Texan bumper sticker describes “I wasn’t born here, but I got here as fast as I could”. Recently retired at the beginning of 2020 from being the active President of the Guardians of the Children San Antonio Chapter where he served with that non-profit organization for over 6.5 years, Josh moved onto helping out other non-profit organizations that work with abused and neglected children. He has a huge heart for helping children and veterans whom are in need of help and can confidently claim that under his leadership as President of GOCSA they became the largest chapter across the country with over 50 members and helped raise over $200k total during his term. A very hefty feat considering the chapter on average only raise $14k a year before he took office. Recently in 2021 Josh got licensed and sworn in as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for helping children find better homes or foster homes once they are removed from bad situations. This is a huge accomplishment that demands lots of attention but very rewarding as well. Lastly, josh is a member of the Alamo Area Corvette Club and San Antonio River City Corvette Riders Clubs where he serves as the Historian for the AACC. Josh has been married to his amazing beautiful wife Norma for 18 wonderful years and they have three adorable boys (23, 16, 9). Traveling is one of their greatest passions and they spend a few times during the year traveling as a family to many destinations across the US or the Caribbean. After giving up the motorcycles, Josh is now into racing his C7 Z06 Corvette and showing it up at car shows when able.
