Most of my work experience before real estate was in the oilfield. I've lived in Mexico, Colombia and Italy and worked in much of Europe and Latin America so I speak Spanish well, my Italian is rusty at best but can work in an emergency to order lunch. Much of my experience in real estate is as an investor buying and managing investment properties.
