As a 22-year resident of Houston, José Luis Cubría has been an active participant in the dramatic changes the city has undergone. An experienced home builder and Civil Engineer, his knowledge of construction methods, as well as his experience in the Real Estate industry, make him uniquely suited to working with home buyers and sellers alike.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, he holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a Masters Degree in Construction Management.
José Luis is fluent in Spanish and is intimately familiar with Houston. Especially in the Memorial, Tanglewood, Inner Loop and Eastwood areas.
José Luis has been actively involved in bringing the Mexican market to Houston. His Knowledge of his native country and multiple family contacts have given José Luis the avility to obtain many listings throughout México
Now an American citizen, José Luis understands the questions, worries and concerns of the American buyer has about investing or retiring in México.
