Josalyn Cano helped my best friend buy her very first home and I was blown away with her professionalism. Josalyn is incredibly smart, professional, and such a go-getter. She guided my friend through every step of the process with care, patience, and confidence. You could tell she genuinely cared and was always one step ahead, making sure everything went smoothly. I cannot praise Josalyn enough!! She is so kind, smart and professional. From the moment we first spoke i knew she would be able to help me, and my boys find our home. She listed to what we wanted and made sure we felt listened to and helped make our home buying experience easy and stress free. She explained everything in detail and made sure we understood what was going on and answered all of the questions we had. We felt heard and that for me was such a blessing. I will forever recommend Josalyn to anyone looking to find there home sweet home.

Josalyn fully understood our demanding requirements and hurried timeline for locating a rental home for our transition back to Katy, TX. Communication was well coordinated and we did not feel our time was wasted to view any properties that did not for our requirements. Josalyn was also very patient with us in our search. Would recommend Josalyn’s services to anyone wanting/needing a realtor in the West Houston area due to her knowledge of the area and overall professionalism.
