In 2015, I founded my own brokerage with a mission to mentor new agents to deliver superior customer service and acquire crucial knowledge that goes beyond classroom lessons. My commitment to my work is reflected in the positive reviews from my clients. I believe in being accessible to my clients and maintaining open communication throughout the transaction process.
Creativity is vital in the real estate industry. I have successfully found and sold homes that weren't listed on the market by networking with other Realtors and staying abreast of upcoming listings. I closely monitor new property listings and will promptly inform you if your dream house is up for sale.
My career began with listing and staging homes. My background in creative fields has honed my ability to envision a property at its best, and I know exactly how to prepare it for showcasing. I obtained my Broker's license in 2011 and I am always eager to learn more.
More than just selling homes, I believe in connecting people: matching the right lender with a complex loan situation; finding a contractor to transform a rundown property into a stunning home; or introducing an inspector who can provide my client with peace of mind during the purchase process. I pride myself on being tenacious and detail-oriented, and my aim is to make the process of buying or selling a home as seamless as possible for my clients.
Having lived in Houston since 1979, I am intimately familiar with the city. I appreciate the diverse culture of Houston, having traveled internationally myself. Although I currently reside in the inner city, I spent many years living in the Energy Corridor. I was an active volunteer in local schools for 12 years. With a degree in Fine Arts and over 25 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, I bring a unique perspective to the real estate industry. And yes, I am a fluent speaker of Texan as I am a native!
