About Me

Jonathan Wolf is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 24 years of experience and a deep connection to the East Texas market. He began his career in 2002 after earning his real estate license in Austin, Texas, before returning to his hometown of Tyler in 2004, where he has built a reputation as one of the area's most respected real estate leaders.

Throughout his career, Jonathan has been actively involved in advancing the real estate profession. He served as a Director of the Greater Tyler Association of REALTORS® in 2006 and was elected President in 2011. In recognition of his leadership and service, he was named REALTOR® of the Year in 2012. In 2024, he received the Greater Tyler Association of REALTORS® Grover Tunnell Award, one of the association's highest honors, recognizing his outstanding leadership, service, and lasting contributions to the real estate profession. He has also served on numerous committees for both the National Association of REALTORS® and Texas REALTORS®, contributing to the industry at the local, state, and national levels.

In 2016, Jonathan earned his Texas Broker License, and in 2017 he partnered with John Wampler to form the Wampler Wolf Team. Their commitment to exceptional client service and consistent results quickly established them as one of East Texas's top-producing real estate teams, earning multiple industry accolades while closing more than 100 transactions annually.

Today, Jonathan is the Broker/Owner of Realty ONE Group Rose, which he and his partners, John Wampler and Ted Walters, acquired in April 2021. Under their leadership, the brokerage has grown into one of East Texas's premier real estate firms, with more than 50 agents and a culture centered on collaboration, innovation, and exceptional service.

Jonathan's passion for leadership extends beyond real estate. He serves on the boards of the Tyler Rose Festival Association and the East Texas State Fair Foundation. From 2017 through 2022, he served as the Federal Political Coordinator for Congressman Louie Gohmert. Since 2024, he has served as the Federal Political Coordinator for U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, advocating for property rights and issues affecting homeowners, private property owners, and the real estate industry. He has also dedicated his time to organizations such as Loaves & Fishes at Christ Episcopal Church and Habitat for Humanity. He currently serves as Secretary of the Smith County Appraisal District.
