Jon Sutton

As a lifelong resident of Southlake, TX Jon Sutton has witnessed the amazing growth and transformation that the beautiful Dallas Fort Worth area has undergone. His passion lies in helping people get to know the rich history here while also helping them achieve their real estate goals. Before his real estate venture began, he attended Texas Tech University studying Business and Engineering. Jon then went on to design subdivisions for a local residential development company in Dallas who partnered with Fortune 500 companies such as Toll Brothers Homes and DR Horton Homes. His experience in dealing with corporations, surveyors, engineers, builders, cities and their planning and zoning committees has led to an extensive understanding of residential real estate and optimal land use. Jon is always helping others and enjoys yachting and golfing on occasion as well as spending time with his family.
