Cabby has helped me rent my house twice over a 5 year span and sell my house when I did not live in Houston. He helped me find and schedule contractors and looked for the best rate possible. I am very happy with with Cabby's service and communication during the entire process. He helped answer all of my questions along the way and made sure I fully understood all of the details of selling a home. I highly recommend the Chris & Cab team to anyone looking for a realtor.

My husband and I purchased our first home with Christina and Cabby on our team and we couldn’t have had a better experience. They truly looked out for us and asked all the right questions before we even thought of them. They have connections to many service providers (and a great loan agent!). Their expertise, communication, and attention to detail made us feel at ease during the entire process and their kindness and thoughtfulness made us feel like special clients. The Chris and Cab Real Estate Team were amazing! I can not recommend them enough. Jon (Cabby) helped us in getting two properties rented out. He was there every step of the way and quick to respond to questions. He went the extra mile and worked incredibly hard in getting the properties rented out. I will continue to use them and truly recommend their services.

Cabby and Christina made my first home buying experience beyond easy and stress-free. From the moment we started working together, they were engaged and quick to respond to all of my questions. They quickly found multiple homes that I really liked that were in my price range while still having all of my 'must-have' features. Once an offer was accepted, things went really quickly, but Cabby & Christina were always on top of things and made sure I was well informed and comfortable with each step along the way. Overall a great experience with them, and I couldn't recommend them more highly.
