When my father passed away, we were put in the position of needing to sell his home. We contacted John Williams at Real Estate Options of Texas, largely because of that key word, “Options,” because we were not sure what would be our best plan of action. John presented us with several options, including various price estimates for everything from “as is” to “fully remodeled.” We selected the route we planned to go and left the home in his care since we live out of state. I had the pleasure of working with Kathryn Tucker when I sold my home. Kathy took the time to walk me through the entire process. She was very organized and very detailed. I had multiple offer on my home and she created a spreadsheet for me with all the offers so that I could compare side-by-side.
