My broker, Mr. Williams, handled the sale of my Pearland home with better than expected results. A firm offer was made that weekend after being on the market that Friday. My broker guided me on the steps to get my home on the market, provided guidance on the best offer to accept, and walked me through to closing. It was amazing to see the sign say “Coming Soon” to “Sale Pending” within a few short days. My broker also provided information on purchasing a new home and steps to ensure the construction process would be completed properly with the type of inspections needed which has been very helpful. When my father passed away, we were put in the position of needing to sell his home. We contacted John Williams at Real Estate Options of Texas, largely because of that key word, “Options,” because we were not sure what would be our best plan of action. John presented us with several options, including various price estimates for everything from “as is” to “fully remodeled.” We selected the route we planned to go and left the home in his care since we live out of state. John kept us informed, found a buyer and handled the paperwork via the internet so we never had to return. We were very pleased with the outcome and are comfortable commending John Williams as an agent.

I had the pleasure of working with Kathryn Tucker when I sold my home. Kathy took the time to walk me through the entire process. She was very organized and very detailed. I had multiple offer on my home and she created a spreadsheet for me with all the offers so that I could compare side-by-side. I enjoyed working with Kathy so much that I also worked with Kathy to purchase my new home.
