John Talhelm
Experience John Talhelm has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a focus on industrial site disposition, acquisition, development, tenant and agency lease representation and build-to-suit assignments. He has assisted national and international companies in the design and implementation of distribution and manufacturing networks involving waterfront development supply chain analysis, site location, new facility development and disposition of inefficient assets. Additional transaction experience includes mixed-use ship terminal operations, steel mills, business parks, commercial land sites and logistics facilities. His current activities include site acquisitions for manufacturing, petrochemical and shipping-oriented firms.
