John is a Southwest Texas State University graduate and has more than three decades of experience working in custom home building and real estate. He has held a variety of management positions from Austin to Houston with Pulte Homes and Beazer Homes. In 1998, he opened John Marek Custom Homes and began building in the Bellville area. Being born and raised in Austin County, John strives to take care of his community by providing exceptional quality and service to everyone. John partnered with Brandt Wilke in 2011 to create Willmark Homes. John's extensive knowledge of custom home building as well as his real estate background provide an invaluable service to Willmark's clients. He understands how to help customers make wise long-term financial decisions while still building a home that embodies their unique styles and tastes.
