John Garza

John Garza has lived in Austin area for over 15 years and was a dispatcher for the Texas Highway Patrol for 9 years. After purchasing his home with his wife, he felt many things where unknown or not advised during the process because they chose not to use a Realtor. He decided to become a Real Estate agent in 2014 with the desire to want to help educate and set expectations with people who are
planning to buy, sell or invest in properties. 

John continues to educate himself in the Real Estate field and has acquired several certificates and designations such as: Foreclosure and Short Sale, Real Estate Negotiating Expert, Texas Veteran and Land Board, New Home Construction and is currently in the Graduate Realtor Institute designation program. He also loves to give back to his community by volunteering at the local habitat for humanity and is part of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals – Austin Chapter. He works hard to provide for his wife and son but always makes time to spend with them, whether, it’s going to the park, swimming or just having quality time.
