John Daniels

My name is John Daniels and I am a native Houstonian. I currently live in the Stafford / Sugar Land area and over the years I've seen Houston grow into the thriving metroplex it has become. My career spans 30 + years and has taken me to the US East Coast and Caribbean. Over the years I've returned home time and again and marveled at how our city has grown into one of the most desirable communities in Texas. I am proud to assist buyers, sellers, and investors with properties in Stafford / Sugar Land and surrounding communities. I also specialize in providing project management services for new buildings, tenant finishes, or renovation projects. With my LEED AP designation, I use green building guidelines to assist clients who are committed to a more sustainable future. I have been a licensed Realtor® since 2012 and can provide important information to investors and property owners. My degree in Construction Management ensures I understand how best to present your property whether buying, selling, leasing, or upgrading. My wife, Lisa, and I walking and hiking on our local nature trails. I am an active member of the Houston Area Urban League and YMCA. I am a proud US Navy veteran who still enjoys a day at the beach soaking up a few rays, traveling with my wife, and working on my golf game
